"We are both very pleased with the way that the original plans were turned into the final build by Adam and the team. The work started as planned and proceeded at a very good pace. The almost inevitable additions and changes made to the original requirements, and any problem solving along the way, were agreed and accommodated within the build in a straight-forward and collaborative manner. The workmanship throughout was to a very high standard of finish. The final cost of the bulk of the build as originally planned was very much in line with the original quote.

The team, including external contractors, was well managed, reliable, punctual and hard-working, and we were always to communicate with key people on the team. We were able to have a positive, friendly and co operative relationship with all of the team, and our neighbours expressed to us, both during and after the build, their appreciation of the team's respectfulness and cleanliness."
